We ship our products from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs and estimated delivery time per country. Is your country not listed? Please feel free to contact us.

Important Information:

Orders placed on business days before 11:00 AM are usually processed and shipped the same day.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment.
For most European destinations, we ship with DPD. For specific regions within and outside the EU – as well as shipments to the United States and Canada – we use PostNL. All orders are provided with a Track & Trace code.
The delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to carrier peak periods or weather conditions.
Free shipping may apply above a certain order amount.

Additional Information

Delivery Time: Most orders within Europe are delivered within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.
Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country, order amount, or weight.
Customs and Import Duties: For shipments within the European Union, no additional import duties or customs fees apply.

Important Information: Import Duties and VAT

Orders Outside the EU: International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
United Kingdom: For orders up to £ 135, all taxes and import duties are included. For orders over £ 135, the customer must pay VAT and import duties upon receipt.
United States: Import duties and taxes are passed on 1-to-1 to the customer as soon as the shipping label is generated. The invoice for this must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. If payment is not received on time, the order will be cancelled.
